I'm having problems downloading from a location other than my home.
If you are at a location other than your home (ie. work, school, library, hotel, coffee shop etc), your computer access may be restricted. To that end, your download my be governed or blocked. Please check with your computer person for verification of availability to the download PRIOR to attempting the download. If you need to return to your download at a later time you can access it through the MY AREA section of this site.
