My Dear Friends,
I have never been to Israel and I simply can't think of a better way to experience it than with you, the DAB family. Many of the places we read about in the passages of Scripture, the miracles of Jesus, the battles, and the birth of the church, will come to life before our eyes as we walk together where Jesus walked. Just thinking about it makes something come alive inside my heart.
We will:
- Walk on the shores of the Sea of Galilee and the Mount of Olives,
- Experience the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus was arrested and taken for trial,
- Peer into the Garden Tomb and receive communion together,
- Gain insight into the culture, customs, history and people
- Have the opportunity to be baptized at a quiet sunset service
- And that's only the beginning. We'll never experience the Bible the same!
